A fortuitous interview unexpectedly led me into the dynamic world of property management. My journey in the property management industry has spanned an impressive 25 years, navigating through two business models and management styles. Climbing the promotional ladder, I accumulated valuable experience across diverse roles and settings, shaping the seasoned professional I am today. In this evolution, my commitment to delivering personalized, specialized service became the ultimate achievement at the forefront.
In September 2022, fueled by the desire to offer a unique approach to condominium management, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey and established JL Property Management with the overwhelming support of my family and industry associates. I am delighted to share that our current portfolio includes clients with whom I have cultivated relationships spanning over 20 years.
The past year has been dedicated to honing our processes, and we are now poised to expand and elevate our property management services. Eager to collaborate and partner with Boards of Directors, we aim to provide a tailored and personalized management experience. Our commitment is reflected in our goal to create a platform emphasizing transparency, trust-building, and the boutique approach to property management.
