Our services extend to offering expert By-law and policy interpretation and guidance, as well as efficient administration of Bylaw and policy enforcement for a hassle-free condominium living experience.

With our commitment to governance, we provide regular attendance at board meetings and efficiently handle the preparation of both board and annual meeting agendas. In promoting transparency and documentation, we meticulously record and prepare minutes for Owner and Board of Director meetings. Additionally, our financial expertise shines through in conducting investment option research, particularly concerning Reserve Funds and other financial assets held by the Corporation. Furthermore, we facilitate professionals with their completion of reserve fund studies, offering a thorough understanding of the community's financial landscape.
